Supporter satisfaction is an aspect of “loving thy neighbor as thyself.” The important thing is meeting the needs of our supporters through the blessing that Christ has imparted in these unique materials. It is our policy to suffer loss for the sake of our supporters if need be. This policy has not resulted in loss of the ministry but gain: financial, spiritual, and in every positive aspect.
- We accept returns and full refunds as long as the materials come back to us in the same condition as they were sold. We take special care to ensure accuracy and excellence in our packaging and shipping so that we rarely experience any return requests.
- We do not reimburse for slight scratches or other minor damages that may occur during shipping. We fully replace any materials that have become lost or severely damaged in transit, up to $25.00 worth. If the value of the order is more than $25.00 worth of goods it is the responsibility of the costumer to pay extra for priority shipping or to re-purchase the materials that may have become lost or severely damaged during transit. Most of our shipping issues have resulted from using media mail. Media mail is cheaper, but on rare occasions orders may be lost or severely damaged in transit. We have not yet had these problems with priority or first class mail.
- If the product which has been shipped to you does not have any defects but you still would like a refund for any other reason, then you may ship back the item at your expense within 30 days from which the purchase was completed to receive a full refund.
- For electronic downloads (mp3, pdf, eBooks, etc), you may within 30 days request a full refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason as long as you agree to delete the file(s) which you have downloaded.
